1. Introduction
1.1 Purpose
This collection of Stakeholder Requests is to provide guidelines for conducting effective interviews with
stakeholders or users about their methods to learning new English vocabulary and about their hindrance
in using those new vocabulary practically. By following these guidelines, we can infer some functional and
non-functional requirements, the usability and the support of our application. This will help us to figure
out the current problems and can find the best solution for them.
1.2 Scope
This collection of Stakeholder Requests is to gather feedback from English learners, so that our team can
base on this information to design the application appropriately, suited to the needs of stakeholders.

o Conducting Market Research: is responsible for conducting market research to understand
the target audience, their preferences, and what motivates them to learn a new language.
o Conducting Customer Research: conduct research on current customers and potential
customers to better understand their needs, motivations, and language-learning goals.
o Managing Social Media: manage the social media presence of the language learning
application, creating engaging content, answering questions, and responding to customer
feedback.
o Managing User Reviews: is responsible for monitoring user reviews on app stores and other
platforms, responding to feedback, and addressing any issues or concerns that users may
have.
o Collaborating with other teams: work closely with other teams such as the product
development team and customer support team to ensure that the language learning
application is meeting the needs of its users and that all aspects of the application are
effectively communicated to potential users.

needs to regularly provide new contents and features to keep them interested, users may lose
motivation and stop using the app.
