    RE: Reminders for the Face to Face classes:


    ● Week 6- May 8-12, 2023
    ● Week 7-May 15-19, 2023- Grade 12 Second Sem, Final Term Examinations
    ● Week 8-May 22-26, 2023- Grade 11 Second Sem, Final Term Examinations

    1. Students are required to observe the following :


    a. ATTIRE
    ● SHS t-shirt, long pants/ maong pants, and shoes.
    (No tattered and tokong pants).
    **Decent attire must be strictly followed**
    ● Socks- black or white

    b. HAIRCUT:
    ● Gentlemen must sport the proper haircut (gupit binata/ barber’s cut).
    ● Ladies must fix their hair ensuring that their hair does not cover their face.
    Only a pair of simple earring is allowed for the girls. No earring for the boys.
    ● Dyed/Colored hair both for boys and girls is not allowed.

    ● All students are required to fill out the online health declaration and fetcher forms
    before coming to school.

    c. All students are required to bring their own meals/ baon, tumbler and materials
    needed for the class.
    ● During lunch time, all students should go down or proceed to the SHS canteen,
    student’s lounge and JHS kiosk to observe lunch break.

    d. LOITERING:
    ● Students are not allowed to loiter on campus, especially during class hours.
    ● A student caught loitering on the campus will be given disciplinary measures
    under minor offenses. However, if this becomes habitual or repeatedly
    committed, it will be elevated as a serious offense.

    e. INGRESS/EGRESS OF SHS STUDENTS: FRONT GATE


    ● All SHS students should use the Front Gate for entry and exit.
    ● Upon entry, students must follow safety protocols such as checking of temperature, wearing
    of face masks.
    ● grade 11 students should proceed to the SHS canteen and grade 12 students will
    proceed to the students’ lounge for the waiting area.

    g. All students are required to line up outside their classroom and


    wait for the presence of the teacher to enter the classroom.
    h. Students who came late must get the admission slip from the SFO before going to
    respective classroom
