Reflection
Living a healthy life can be rewarding and also lengthen the life span. By
tracking my meals I learned the total calories I take weekly. However I noticed that I don't
get fat even by eating more than a normal person should. So I tried to research as to why
and found some answers. That's because of how fast my metabolism is and added by my
daily exercise hitting the core and the arms every day.
