passions and goals. I am thankful for the opportunities I have received in life as they have made
me what I am today.
I have successfully completed both my Ordinary Level and Advanced Level Examinations and
feeling the need to broaden my educational background I completed a preliminary certificate of
marketing at Sri Lanka Institute Marketing, Diploma in Airline Fares, Diploma in Business
Information Technology at SIB, an Advanced Diploma in Business Management and a HND in
Business Management at NIBM.
Feeling the need to not only sharpen my knowledge but to also hone my skills I worked as, a
Trainee at Tourist Development Authority, Accounts Assistant at Commercial Insurance Broker
and am worked at HSBC Global Service Centre as a Customer Service Executive. I am currently
worked at HCL Technologies as a Senior Customer Representative.
I have come to understand that the field of Business, Management is huge and competitive but
very fulfilling. This field can give invigorating new open doors globally. As an excited youngster
to extend her viewpoints and obtain new information regarding the matter, I pondered my
