Nissan technical Satisfy each country's regulation concerning Environment-Impacting Substances (EIS) as well

3.- QUALITY FILE (Quality related requirements)

3-1 Quality Assurance

-The supplier needs to assure the quality of part in accordance with 'Master Purchase Agreement' (MPA), and ASG (Alliance Supplier
-The supplier shall establish 3 Supplier ANPQP representative (SAR) to implement ANPQP activity in the project.
-The supplier shall complete ISO/TS16949 requirements.

3-2 Quality Target


The supplier shall include the number below as "quality objetives" in product realization plan. (ISO/TS16949).

1) PPM 3 ppm The number of nonconformity parts found and rejected by Nis
delivered to Nissan in the same period, multiplied by 1,000,00

2) Warranty Claim occurrence ratio 0.005% The number of market claims less than 12 months after vehicl
by the number of parts delivered to Nissan in the same period

1. Reduction for the number of process and increase tool sourcing from LCC countries.

to reduce new Tool.

5.3 Mass Production Trial Operation before launching (Confirmation of Full Volume Conditions)
Parts Supplier has to operate a mass production trial to simulate the 4M mass production condition in
advance of the SOP delivery date. This trial schedule has to be reflected in your Supplier Master Schedule.

5.4 Finish goods stock preparation for the SOP stage.


To support the commitment to On Time Delivery Ratio, the Parts Supplier is required to establish finished goods stocks in advance o
