    Click > on the bottom-left to go to the next slide.

    1. Install SurveyCTO Collect

    Open the Play Store (Android) or the


    App Store (Apple), and install the
    SurveyCTO Collect app.

    2. Approve the permissions

    Open the app, and in response to each


    permission request, tap Allow.
    It is safe to agree to these permissions.

    3. Run quick setup

    When you see this popup, make


    sure Run quick setup is selected,
    then tap OK.

    Tap on the three-dot menu
    in the upper-left, then tap
    General Settings.

    Find Quick setup at the top
    of the menu.

    4. Enter server name

    Enter your server name. This is what


    comes before .surveycto.com in the
    URL used to access your server console.
    Enumerators: This will be provided to
    you.

    5. Enter credentials

    Enter your username and
    password, then tap Run quick
    setup.

    6. Confirm success

    Tap OK to return to the main menu.


    If it says there is an error, tap OK, and
    check your server name, username, and
    password.

    Tip: No settings to download

    It is perfectly fine if the popup says


    there are no settings to download.

    Tip: Create other workspaces

    If SurveyCTO Collect will be used by 1


    multiple teams, servers, projects, or
    users, tap the hamburger menu in the 2
    upper-left, and tap Add new workspace.
    You can then sign into a different
    account, even if it is on a different server

    Tip: Check out other settings

    Tap on the three-dot menu in the


    upper-right to access Admin Settings
    and General Settings.
    Explore these menus and test different
    settings.
