INTRODUCTION

Training is the action of improving a person's competence in


knowledge, know-how and life skills. A trained person is able to
perform a task, perfect it or maintain it.
Every organization has a heritage of talents, knowledge and
experiences that it applies to manage this leads to:
- Ensure a coherent supply of human capacities: this is the
objective of the pol recruitment policies.
- Implement artwork fair remuneration and optimal allocation of
this heritage.

The objective of our presentation and to know what training is its


objective, technique, challenges and its importance?
1-Definition of Training

Human Resources training prepares students for the management


of a company's personnel. This training can take place in specialized
schools such as human resources schools.

2-Formation’s goal

Its objective is to give meaning to the work of employees, to make


them adhere to the company's strategy and to enhance the brand
image of the organization. It focuses on company values, social
negotiations, and work strategies.

3-Training technique

The expositive, transmissive or masterful method :


The demonstrative method
The interrogative or maieutic method
The active or so-called “discovery” method
The experiential method
4-The challenges of training

Employee training makes it possible to respond both to the


expectations of employees and companies and contributes to
improving the performance of companies

 Training improves the quality of work: contributes to


developing the knowledge and skills of employees.
 Training promotes better task coordination.
 Training facilitates the integration of technical progress
(equipment modification of the mode of organization.
 Training contributes to better adaptability of employees.
5- The importence of training

A training program allows you to reinforce the skills that each


employee needs to improve. A development program elevates all
employees to a higher level so that they all have the same skills and
knowledge (know-how).
Conclusion

Continuous training undeniably improves the motivation rate, but


also the performance of employees. As a result, professional
performance has a significant and positive impact, with the employee
being much more efficient.
