Gear pump: Disassembly
1. Remove the sealing gland
In the first step of the disassembly process of the sealing gland of the gear oil pump, the coupling
and other accessories should be removed first, and then the two bolts on the sealing gland should
be loosened. After removal, the sealing gland should be taken out, and the disassembly process
should be careful not to damage If the gland is too tight, you can gently hit the surrounding
protrusions with a hammer evenly.

2. Remove the front cover


First remove all the bolts that connect the front cover to the pump body. At this time, be careful not to
remove the front cover, just loosen all the bolts and take it out.

3. Remove the back cover


When disassembling the rear cover of the gear oil pump, all the connecting bolts between the rear
cover and the pump body should be loosened and taken out. Do not separate the rear cover, just
remove the bolts.

4. Separate the pump body


After all the bolts of the front cover and the back cover are taken out, hold the pump head at this
time, hold the position of the spindle shaft head down, and gently tap on the ground. At this time, the
back cover will separate from the pump body, and then continue to tap until the back cover It is
completely separated from the main and passive gears and the pump body. At this time, the degree
of wear of the inner and outer gears of the pump can be observed. After separation, the front cover
and the pump body will automatically separate.

5. Take out the gear


At this time, the active and passive gears are only connected with the back cover through metal
supports, and the gears can be gently removed.

6. Take out the sealing kit


In step 4, the front cover will be automatically separated from the pump body. At this time, you can
see the sealing kit embedded in the upper part of the front cover in the direction of the pump body,
and you can use a tool to remove the sealing kit.
After the disassembly of the gear oil pump is completed, the accuracy gap can be measured by
observing the degree of wear of the stop plate of the front and rear cover and the end face of the
gear, and the degree of grinding of the outer contour of the gear and the inner contour of the pump
can also be observed to observe whether there is foreign matter. Observe whether the sealing kit is
in good condition. Repair or maintain it.
Assembly:

1. Carefully remove the sharp edges of the sharp edges of burrs, and then clean.

2. The correct installation of the seal to seal around, pay attention to direction of assembly
direction of the seal does not make a mistake, the sealing is to use assembly-oriented
assembly tool assembly seals, disable the screwdriver into the hardtop, to break the seal that
nine out of ten. Be careful not to twist when assembling.

3. The piston and piston rod assembly, should be put in the two V block, measuring the
coaxially error and the length of the straightness error indicator.

4. Hydraulic oil is added to the bore of the cylinder to assist the piston to enter the bore of the
cylinder. Piston assembly into the cylinder hole, the gear pump at least be able to tap in,
knock people without delay and the severity of the uneven phenomenon.

5. When the cylinder head is fitted with a cylinder, the bolt or bolt shall be tightened evenly,
and a torque wrench shall be recommended. After loading the cylinder head, it should be
possible to move the piston rod with little effort. If the card dies, it indicates that the cylinder
head is not mounted.

6. The mounting surface of the center line of the inner bore of the hydraulic cylinder of the
assembled hydraulic cylinder for the support of both ends of the hydraulic cylinder has a
parallel tolerance of 0.05mm, which can be measured by hydraulic or manual operation
without the connecting load of the piston rod.

7. Hydraulic cylinder is installed on the host, to guide or the installation surface as the base,
adjusting hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic cylinder axis (through the piston out check) and
parallel to the mounting surface of guide (tolerance in the range of 0.05 ~ 0.10mm),
recommended scraping correction, does not recommend the copper pad.

SCREW PUMP:
Assemble:

1. Put off breaker and remove fuse from motor starter box
2. Close suction and discharge valve
3. Remove suction and discharge pipe flange bolt & nut, coupling bolt of motor coupling
4. Remove pump foundation bolts & take out pump form motor
5. Remove cover from both side & remove drive screw & driven screw with bearing and
mechanical seal
6. Inspect mechanical seal, bearing and renew if required
7. Clean all parts and assemble back

Disassemble:
Disassemble the mechanical seal, pressure relief valve, bearing and radial seal for the shaft.
