BARANGAY HALL OF BARANGAY MAMBATAD

Introduction
Every vision for a better tomorrow starts with a plan, a plan that
reflects the collective will and aspiration of the people desirous of a
better future. The inspiration in formulating this 2020 Annual
Development Plan and Investment Program is derived from this desire.

This Annual Development Plan and Investment Plan for

Barangay Mambatad provides a setting and context in the
identification of programs and projects that promote and safeguard
the rights of every community member. It is not only comprehensive, it
also paints in broad strokes a vision for the quality of life of every
citizen in the Barangay and set guideline to achieve this vision. This
plan rests on the spirit of community and people participation as
enshrined in a number of national proclamation and legislations. Its
completion went through a series of meetings and consultations to
make sure that peoples sentiments and desires are fully heard and
considered. Every development strategy and program identified in this
plan is informed by these sentiments and desired.

This document also serves as a frame work for action,

providing a distinct juncture for people involvement and participation
community development programs and activities .it provides a rallying
point of harness the efforts of various sectors in the community
towards an integrated and holistic plan of action to promote and
safeguard the rights of every individual member of the community.

Finally this plan aims to synchronize family, community and

Learning / Experience in Second Semester Internship

I've learned a lot of things in just 200 hrs of in the internship but I've noticed that there
are still other things that I have to improve one of it is my verbal communication. Ever
since I started internship I have learned values that will help me build a brighter future.
Every day is a challenge for me to stand out. But I always have a winning attitude
through the guidance of the Lord, and always tell myself, "I'm gonna win this."' was able
to learned how to accept small or big mistakes. In this practicum, I've learned how to
faced the real world and talked to different people.
The whole Internship experiences was really a great memory to remember. All the
working days, learn that the most important is the attitude, on how to deal with the other
people, it is also needs knowledge and skills in analyzing the situation or the task that
has given to you. Need to learn from your mistakes, because mistakes can make you a
better person.

VI. Narrative Report

Internship Training is part of a college curriculum that aims to train and orient
students about the work and their future career. It is a type of skill development where a
worker learns how to do the work through hands-on experience. Internship Training is one
method by which students are exposed with different work situation designed to give
students an opportunity to experience and a chance to apply the theories and computation
that they have learned from the school. It also helps the students to acquire relevant
knowledge and skills by performing in actual work setting. Internship Training is very
important not only to teach students regarding their chosen career but also to show students
the reality about working.
And also working from home is a lot more comfortable for lots of people specially
to a student. We can make our projects and activities specially our thesis it help to us to
make more comfortable for our working area and we have time a lot to work. Because is not,
easy to have time management specially to us because we have time limit, because others
has duties to their house and to thier internship. And im so thankfull because work from
home help me a lot because less of travelling.

Problems Met During Internship

I'm so thankful to co-barangays/ barangay officials because I never met during my

internship a problem to my working area or to them, because they help us to improve my
skills and they give us breakfast get a good internship only to find that it is strictly
professional. And as a result, asking questions become difficult for me because I'm fear being
judged or thought dependent and self-insufficient.

How Did You Handle The Situation

I can handle this situation if I change my perspective wherein I won't be ashamed by asking
questions because I'm a student and new trainee in there office.
