Enumerate the ten commandments of human relations and give 2 situational examples for

each commandments.

1. Speak to People
- One example is when you talk to your workmates looking in their eyes you show that you
are interested in communicating to them.
- Another example is when you are talking to your boss and looking into her/his eye you
show that you are interested in talking to him/her.

2. Smile at People
- For example at your workplace when you smile at people it's like that you give positivity
to them and you show them that you are happy or you like what you are doing.
- Another example is when you smile at people it means that you have a good relation to
them as well as you build a good communication to other people.

3. Call People by Name


- For example, they called me by my name, I feel grateful because they remembered my
name and also that one to respect me because you remembered and said correctly my
name.
- Call people by their names name you show that you appreciate them. Because a person's
name is the loveliest and most important sound in any language to him or her.

4. Be Friendly and Helpful


- When you see that there is a new workmate try to approach her/him. Give them a smile or
say hi to them so that they can feel comfortable at your workplace.
- When you see you workmates that having a problem try to comfort them and ask them
what is their problem so that they don't hesitate to approach you if they need some help.

5. Be Cordial
- When you see you workmates in your workplace try to say hi or greet them by saying
“Goodmorning” or smile at them. So that they can feel that you are being nice to your
workmates.
- When you show that you love and you are happy with your work it’s like you give
positivity in your workplace.

6. Be Genuinely Interested in People


- When you showing that you care to your workmates it’s like you showing them that they
are important and valued.
- When you showing that you are real and being sincere on what you are doing is be
genuinely interested in people.
7. Be Generous with Praise
- When you generous with praise to other people its gives them motivation on what they
are doing.
- Giving compliments in other people it’s like you build and boost their confidence and
self-steem on their what they are doing.

8. Be Considerate
- When you are with your friends, family or workmates you need to be considerate
especially when it comes to their feelings.
- When you are in the meeting of your workmates ask them what are they ideas on your
topic so that you are considerate on what other people saying or what they what to say.

9. Be Alert
- When you are with your friends or workplace you need to think before you speak because
it showing that you are being alert what others feel in what you say.
- When you are in your workplace be alert in your surroundings so that if there is a
problem, it can be resolved immediately.

10. Have a Good Sense of Humor


- Being have a good sense of humor especially when you are talking or when you are with
your workmates it will attract positive things.
- When you have a good sense of humor in your workplace in can easily to interact with
other people.
