Dear Chief Judge Glanville:

This letter details the dates that | will have a portion of my staff working remotely during the
upcoming fourth term of the Fulton County Superior Court. This remote work will reduce the
number of Fulton County District Attorney's office staff in the Fulton County Courthouse and
Government Center by approximately 70%. These days are scheduled for July 31, August 1,
August 7, August 8, August 10, August 11, August 14, August 15, August 17, and August 18.

Note that during this period my leadership team, all armed investigators, my Case Intake
Division, and personnel at the Juvenile Court building will be working every day, including the
scheduled partial remote workdays. During this three-week period, on days other than those
listed above, all members of my staff will be present as usual.

| am aware that the week of July 31 through August 4, most judges will be attending the state’s
annual judicial conference and few if any in person proceedings will be held. | respectfully
request that judges not schedule trials and in person hearings during the weeks beginning
Monday, August 7 and Monday, August 14. If judges schedule in person hearings during the
post-conference days when my office will be working partially remote, senior leadership will
handle those proceedings. Any hearings conducted remotely will be handled by the regularly
assigned staff. Should a Superior Court Judge choose to continue with in person proceedings
during this time, please be advised that my office will be present and prepared to proceed.
Please inform us of all judges that plan to hold in person proceedings so that my office can
prepare.
Hon. Ural Glanville
