    IMPORTANT:

    1. Report to the examination venue in PLAIN WHITE SHIRT, SHOES and BLACK PANTS (MAONG/SLACKS)/GOA FOR PROMO EXAM
    Examinees not in the prescribed attire SHALL NOT be allowed to enter the examination venue.
    2. Bring the following:
    a. Notice of Admission (NOA);
    b. One (1) Government Issued ID with signature (SSS, GSIS, Voters, Postal, Passport, Drivers License, PRC, etc.).
    STRICTLY NO I.D, NO EXAMINATION;
    c. Pencil No. 2;
    d. Black or Blue ball pen (to be used for the full name, customary signature of the examinee and for answering the essay part in the case of PO2nd
    and PO1st Class examinations);
    e. Filled-out Health Declaration Form (to be provided by the NAPOLCOM Regional Office); AND PRESENT ANY of the following
    (either electronic, picture, photo copy or original copy):
    i. Vaccination Card/Certificate (for fully vaccinated individual); OR
    ii. Reverse Transcriptase Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) negative test result OR Covid-19 Antigen negative test result
    (for non-fully vaccinated and unvaccinated individuals);
    iii. Any other requirements as maybe required by the Local Government Unit concerned (if any)

    WARNING :
    1. Committing any of the following acts shall result in the AUTOMATIC DISQUALIFICATION from taking the examination:
    (NAPOLCOM Memorandum Circular No. 2013-007, dated October 30, 2013):
    a. Impersonation; f. Such other acts of similar nature that facilitate in
    b. Use of codigo or crib sheets passing the examination; and
    c. Tampering with exam records; g. Results declared by the Commission, thru its
    examinees and examination personnel; Examining Division, PAS, as statistically
    e. Test booklet switching; probable
    2. Bringing in of any of the following inside the examination center is STRICTLY PROHIBITED and shall automatically disqualify an examinee
    from taking the examination and shall result in the nullification of his/her examination (Office Order 2016-006 Prescribing Guidelines to be
    Observed in Dealing with Violations Committed During the Conduct of Police Examinations, dated April 15, 2016):
    a. Firearm. d. cellular phone or any electronic gadget.
    b. explosive or any deadly weapon. e. calculator and
    c. two-way radio. f. review materials.
