5.0 ORGANIZATION AND MANAGEMENT PLAN
5.1 Ownership Structure

The Almejer Tadña Pups N' Bites will be framed by five (5) MSU Naawan
understudies, in particular Allen, Wiljean S., Eran, Rubie T., Lascuña, Julie Ann T.,
Mejos, Genelyn P., Tadle, Jerecho Franz. Serving as the firm's manager and officer in
charge while also being the owner. Both partners are expected to contribute capital
assets, expertise, and liability for the store's losses and liabilities. This partner would
share and have equal components in terms of the organization's market result and
benefit.
5.1.1 Articles of Partnership
ARTICLES OF PARTNERSHIP
KNOW ALL MEN/WOMEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That we, the undersigned partners, representing all legal age classes, residents,
and other interested parties, have freely agreed to work together on this day as the
people of the Philippines. In order to form a general partnership, the following terms and
conditions must be met, as well as the Republic of the Philippines' existing and
applicable legislation.
AND WE HEREBY CERTIFY
ARTICLE I. That the name of the business and that organization will be Almejer
Tadña Pups N' Bites and that the business will be done under the said name of the
snack bar.
ARTICLE II. The purpose of this partnership is:
 To produce a quality of a product.
 to supervise business operations and share profits and losses
 to support the type of expansion when the company was founded
 To be flexible and adaptive in order to meet the needs of
customers.
ARTICLE III. The business environment of this organization will be situated at
Paradise 2, Cabalantian, Manticao, Misamis Oriental.
ARTICLE IV. The partnership shall be under the responsibility of Ms. Rubie T.
Eran. As general manager, who shall be in charge of the management of the
entire snack bar. Otherwise, take whatever steps are required and expedient in
the corporation's management and pursuit of its legitimate goals.
ARTICLE V. The names, citizenship and residence addresses of the partners are
as follows:

ARTICLE VI. That the capital of this Partnership will be the measure of one
million two hundred fifty thousand pesos (₱1,250,000 00) Philippine money,
contributed in real money by the accomplices as follows:

ARTICLE VII. If a partner is unable to fulfill their obligation and choose to end
their partnership, they will only be entitled to the money if they remove their
investment in the company without interest.
Article VIII. Instead of getting paid for the entire firm's operation, the partners will
get paid for profit sharing when things are all said and done.

5.1.2 Management Team

5.2 Job Description
Eran, Rubie T.
General Manager
Job Description:
 To oversee day-to-day operations, by scheduling, ordering, and
developing members.
 Ensuring the safety of workers and especially the welfare of customers by
encouraging safe working practices of the team.
Tadle, Jerecho Franz
Production Manager
Job Description:
 To organize and carry out the production schedule as well as any
additional resources needed for timely production.
 Plan, coordinate, lead, oversee, and assess the establishment's
operations.
Mejos, Genelyn
Finance Manager
Job Description:
 The finance manager oversees important duties like tracking cash flow,
figuring out profitability, controlling spending, and creating accurate
financial data.
Lascuña, Julie-Ann
Sales Manager
Job Description:
 The responsibility of a sales manager is to ensure that the businesses
sales goals are met through efficient planning and budgeting.
 It is the sales manager’s duty to ensure his team is delivering desired
results.
 The sales manager should look forward to generating new opportunities
for the organization.

Purchasing/Inventory Manager
Job Description:
 Purchasing, controlling, and obtaining supplies must all be coordinated
and providing goods at the lowest possible cost while minimizing inventory
is the goal.
 Receive, store and issue goods
 Fulfil purchase orders as well as record and track stock levels
5.3 External Resources and Services

Almejer Tadna Pup's N Bite external resources and services is a bookkeeper.
The bookkeeper helps the business with the paper works that are needed especially in
the financial reports and also working and processing on the Business Permit. This
employee is accountable to record day to day financial transactions, enter data,
maintain records and create reports and financial statements.

5.4 Human Resources

The Almejer Tadna Pup's N Bite hire 5 individuals responsible for specific tasks.
It composes of General manager, Production manager, Finance manager, sales
manager and Purchasing/Inventory Manager, the estimated salary of the employees will
be included in the overall cost of the company. Owners of the business will be the one
to operate and do the duties, but just like regular employees, owners also have
responsibilities. This will help to reduce costs for the business. Keeping a close eye on
the business's operations while simultaneously controlling labor costs.
