    * Hostel rent has to be paid along with Hostel fees (Please refer institute website).

    Mode of Payment: Only through SBI i-collect. The link for SBI i-collect is:

    Procedure:
    1. Click check box to proceed for payment
    2. State of Corporate / Institution as TAMIL NADU and Type of
    Corporate / Institution as EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS and press GO
    3. Select Educational Institutions Name as NIT TRICHY HOSTEL
    4. Select a category: UG I YR HOSTEL FEE FOR EVEN SEM 2022-23
    The candidates should enter their NITT Roll Number, Name of the student,
    Department, Course, Semester, Mobile Number, Hostel Name, and Room No, and
    Fixed the Amount, and proceed with payment.
    Payment by DD / Cash / Cheque / Pay Orders, etc are NOT ACCEPTED.
    However, in case of payment of fees on availing education loans / corporate
    scholarship, the fee could be remitted through NEFT:
    Option-1: The Student should Download the NEFT/RTGS/SBI Branch form in the
    SBI i-Collect and submit the same to your Bankers for Transferring the loan
    Amount.

    Kind Attention to the Students those who are paying through Bank Loan /
    Corporate Scholarship:

    The proof of payment to be mailed to [email protected] for updating the same in MIS
    portal and verification and with a copy to the respective hostel wise email id for
    verifying the same at the hostels by the Hostel Assistant Managers. Otherwise, it may
    not be updated in MIS. All Hostellers must get and possess Hostel Fee Receipt issued
    by Hostel Office.

    Important dates for payment of fees for UG I Year students:


    Without fine : 31st March 2023
    With fine of Rs.750/- : From 01/04/2023 to 15/04/2023
    With fine of Rs.1500/- : From 16/04/2023 to 30/04/2023

    If fees are not paid within 30.04.2023, readmission should be obtained with
    permission of the Convener/ Chief Warden with a fine of Rs.2500/-
