for Batch 2023-25

We are pleased to inform you that based on your performance in academic and
admission process you have been provisionally selected for admission to the following
program at the Mulshi Institute of Business Management which is promoted and
Managed by ISB&M, Nande, Pune

Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM): 2-Year (6-Trimester Dual


Specialization Residential Program). The PGDM Programme is recognized by the All
India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi.

1. Please note that classes for the above course will commence from June 2023.
2. Please confirm your acceptance of this admission offer by Email:

3. Please note that the tuition fee will be Rs.9, 00,000/- (Rupees Nine Lakhs
only) payable in five installment over two years as per details given in the
Admissions Prospectus.

First instalment at the time of Admission Rs. 1, 10.000/-


Second Instalment (To be paid by June 1, 2023)
I. Tuition Fee Rs. 1,97,500/-
II. Caution Deposit (Refundable) Rs. 10,000/-
III. Placement Fee per with GST 18% Rs. 23,600/-
IV. Alumni Life Membership Fee with GST Rs. 11,800/-
Total Second Instalment to be paid: Rs. 2,42,900/-
4. The amount is to be deposited by 02 March, 2023, non-payment of the fee by
the deadline would automatically result in cancellation of this admission offer to
you.
5. The fee can be remitted by Demand Draft, in favour of ‘Mulshi Institute of
Business Management’ or through Net banking / Credit / Debit card/UPI as
per details given in Annexure-1.
6. After depositing your fee, you are advised to immediately furnish details of the
fee deposited through email at: [email protected]
7. You should produce the proof of your academic qualifications at the time of
admission. If the results of qualifying examination are not declared by then, the
proof should be produced latest by 30th September, 2023.
8. The process of registration will commence at the Mulshi Campus, Pune shortly
as per AICTE guidelines. You are required to present yourself in person for
completing registration/admission formalities. The list of documents that you
MUST bring along with you is enclosed in Annexure-2.
9. Location map of Mulshi Campus is available on Institute website:

10. Separate hostel for boys and girls (on shared basis) is available. Mess is
compulsory for all hostelers.
11. You will agree to abide by the norms and Code of Conduct established for the
students of the institute. You will be provided with a copy of the same at the
time of your joining.
12. Declaration Form is enclosed along with the Admission Offer letter. Please sign
the Declaration Form and send it to us. If you are paying the fees through the
Demand Draft, the Declaration Form can be sent along with the Demand Draft.
13. In case you are planning for Bank Loan, the enclosed letter showing the
tentative expenditure for the two years of the programme can be utilized.

List of documents that must be submitted at the time of registration:

1) Recent passport size photographs (5 copies)


2) Original Matriculation (10th Class)/Higher Secondary/Pre-University or Senior
School Certificate (12th Class); or an equivalent examination Certificate, showing
your date of birth along with two self-attested photocopies of each.
3) Original statement of marks/transcript obtained by you in Senior School (12 th
Class) and Bachelor’s Degree examination etc. or their equivalent examination,
along with two photocopies of each mark-sheet.
4) Original Bachelor’s Degree along with two self-attested photocopies.
5) CAT/XAT/MAT/CMAT/GMAT/ATMA Score Sheet.
6) Photocopy of Adhar card
7) Job Experience Certificate
8) SC/ST/OBC etc. Certificate

If the results of qualifying examination are not declared by then, the proof should be
produced latest by September 30, 2023.
