Shahadah

Hazrat Uthman (R.A)

- “The most genuinely modest is Uthman.” (Hadith)
- The prophet predicted the martyrdom of Uthman (R.A) and a ciivl war, he said, “This
one will be wrongfully killed in it. “

Early life of the prophet
- “We have indeed revealed this (message) in the night of power.” (Quran)
- “Read in the name of your lord who created, created man from a clot of blood.” (Quran)

- “Every human being is bound to taste death; we test you through the bad and the good

Hazrat Khadija (R.A)

- The Prophet said “The Noblest ladies of this world are Mariam and Khadijah”
- “And He found you in need, and made you independent” (implies that after marriage with
Khadijah the Prophet became financially Independent”
Hazrat Sawdah (R.A)

- Ayesha said “I did not wish seeing any women except Sawdah binte Zamah if I could be
in her skeleton”
Hazrat Aisha (R.A)

- “Aisha enjoys superiority over all other women”
- Abu Musa al Ashari “If we companion of the Messenger of God had any difficulty on a
matter, we asked Aisha about it”
- Arwah bin Zubair said “She was proficient not only in Fiqah but also in medicine and
poetry”
Hazrat Hafsa bint Umar (R.A)

- “Hafsa will marry one better than Uthman and Uthman will marry one better than Hafsa”
- “She is often fasting and worshipping lady and she will be your wife in Paradise too”
Hazrat Zainab bint Jahash (R.A)

- “We joined Zainab in marriage to you.”
- Zaynab herself said, “Allah married me to him from above the Heavens.”
