English language is a West Germanic language of the Indo-European language family


that is closely related to the Frisian, German, and Dutch (in Belgium called Flemish)
languages.
2. Where did English come from?
English come from the dialects and vocabulary of Germanic peoples—Angles,
Saxons, and Jutes—who settled in Britain in the 5th century CE.

English language is estimated that about a third of the world’s population, some two
billion persons, now use English.
4. Is African American Vernacular English a dialect of English?
Yes, it is. Since African American Vernacular English is the English dialect spoken by
many African Americans in the United States. And also can be considered African
American Vernacular English, formerly Black English Vernacular, dialect of American
English spoken by a large proportion of African Americans.

English is not the official language of the United States of America. The country does
not have an official language on the federal level. Many states, however, have passed
legislation that designates English as their official language.

The Roman Britain were developed into urban centers in Roman Britain. The
rest of Britain remained quite similar to what it was during the Pre-Roman
period. Most people in Britain continued to be farmers, who led a simple life.
There were quite a few significant changes to everyday life. Firstly, Latin
became the official language of commerce, and Roman coinage spread
through Britain. Christianity entered Britain during this period as well.

The Romans brought a significant amount of engineering development to
Britain. One of the biggest contributions of the Romans to Britain was the
road network they built. They also established more than 40 urban centers in
Britain, which eventually became the modern cities of Leeds, Lincoln,
Newcastle, Exeter, and many others.

Yes, the Latin has influenced British of the Roman Britain. Since English
borrowed vocabulary from the Romance languages, which are Latin based.
