    Learned ASG has obtained instructions and

    does not dispute the position as set out in the order

    dated 21.03.2023.

    That being the position in view of the judgment

    in the case of Satender Kumar Antil vs. Central

    Bureau of Investigation & Anr. (2022) 10 SCC 51, the

    applicant is entitled to bail on terms and conditions

    to the satisfaction of the trial Court.

    Order accordingly.

    Learned counsel for the applicant(s) seeks to
