    UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following


    O R D E R

    I.A. No. 70699/2018:

    In terms of this Court’s order dated 02.05.2018, we appoint

    Hon’ble Mr. Justice Ajit J. Gunjal, former Judge of the Karnataka

    High Court, to oversee the counting process within a period of one

    week from today.

    I.A. is disposed of accordingly.

    I.A. No. 66704/2018:

    Heard learned counsel for the parties and given our order

    dated 23.03.2018, we have been told that 25 candidates have since

    been elected to the Delhi Bar Council on 12.04.2018.

    Complaints/objections having been raised, we direct the three-

    member Committee to decide these objections within a period of 10

    days from today. In the absence of any such decision, it will be

    taken that the objections have been rejected, as a result of which

    these results will finally be published, and the new office bearers

    will then take over immediately.

    In the event of objections being allowed, the Tribunal’s

    orders can then be challenged in accordance with law.

    I.A. stands disposed of accordingly.
