A. Company Name: Brot her hood Corporation

proposed by grade 12 students of Electrical Installation and Maintenance as a requirement for

their subject Entrepreneurship. Through innovation the team come up with the name Ukoyan

ni DanDan which means Cassava Fritters. The business introduces a delicacies that their

customers will surely love. Because of its uniqueness, the product will capture the customer's

preference of their comfort food since it has a different taste. And for it to succeed we offer

variety of strategies to maintain our profit and provide good services to our customers.

Address

Our business will be located on NEDF Village ,Brgy. Handumanan, Bacolod City, Negros

Occidental. We decided to put our business in this location since many people walk along these

way and wait for a ride to take them home. Which technically a perfect location for a delicacies

store since they can purchase our product for “Meryenda”.


B. Vision and Mission Statement

 Vision:

"To become a leading provider of authentic and delicious Filipino crispy deep-fried

fritters, loved by customers around the world, and recognized for our commitment to

quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction.”

 Mission: Join forces with a company or group that, like a catering service or a beverage

distributor, provides services or goods that are complimentary to your own. By

collaborating, you can provide customers with a full menu of food and beverages, or

even plan events or caterers who use both of your products. Both firms may see an

uptick in sales as a result, and customers may have a more positive and delightful

shopping experience. Additionally, you may reach a larger audience and have a greater

brand presence in your sector by pooling your marketing efforts and resources.

C. Key Personnel

 Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) or Marketing Director: This is the top-level executive

responsible for overseeing the entire marketing function within the organization. The

CMO or Marketing Director sets the strategic direction, establishes marketing goals and

objectives, and provides leadership to the marketing team.

 Operations Manager: This person is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the

business, managing the staff, ensuring that the business is running efficiently, and

handling customer service issues.

 Marketing Managers: These are mid-level managers who oversee specific marketing

functions such as brand management, product marketing, digital marketing, content

marketing, or social media marketing. They are responsible for developing and executing
marketing plans, managing marketing budgets, analyzing marketing data and

performance, and coordinating marketing campaigns

 Marketing Coordinators: These are entry-level or junior-level marketing professionals

who support the marketing managers in implementing marketing strategies and tactics.

They may assist in coordinating marketing projects, managing marketing materials,

assisting with event planning, and conducting market research.

 Graphic Designers/Creative Team: These are professionals responsible for creating

visually appealing and engaging marketing collateral, including graphics, videos,

infographics, and other visual assets for marketing campaigns, websites, social media,

and other marketing channels.

 Marketing Analysts: These professionals analyze marketing data and performance

metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and tactics. They may use

data analytics tools and techniques to generate insights, identify trends, and provide

recommendations for optimizing marketing efforts.
