We recommend that if you are having ongoing healthcare, disability claim, or business disputes with VA,
continue working with the responsible Department office while waiting to see if the OIG will open a case
on your complaint.

Can I Check the Status of My Submission?

We cannot provide status reports or information regarding the disposition of submissions that do not
result in cases. However, complaints that do not result in formal cases may be used in planning future OIG
inspections and audits, or, if not confidential, referred to VA officials for their information.

It has been 6 Weeks Since I Submitted My Complaint and I Have Not Heard Back from
the OIG. Why Wasn’t My Complaint Accepted? What Can I Do Now?

If we have not contacted you in 6 weeks, your complaint was not accepted for review because it does not
meet one of the four criteria for acceptance or because another Government agency is better positioned
to resolve the issue. Contact information for VA and other Government agencies that can help you is

The OIG does not investigate complaints that are unrelated to VA programs and operations or issues, such
as those listed below, that are addressed in other legal or administrative forums:

Jabi Elijah Shriki MD (Legal alias: Eli Varedas) a VA physician (of
Eugene, Oregon), over the past four (4) months actively and knowingly
stole a large amount of legally protected evidence of the Oregon State
Police involving several cases of abuse of veterans--in an illegal
conspiracy against his honor and oaths to the republic; and when caught
in his crime, fraudulently filing a largely perjuring petition for a
stalking protective order. I stand ready to so declare under penalty of
perjury.

Names of wrongdoers:
Jabi Elijah Shriki MD (Legal alias: Eli Varedas) a VA physician (of
Eugene, Oregon)

Names of victims:
Hamid Michael Hejazi; the State of Oregon; Lane County; City of Eugene;
the Public; the Republic; a child in the care of Rise Services Inc.,
veterans in the care of the US government, etc.

Alleged legal or policy violation(s) or other misconduct:


Fraud, attempted murder of US vets, medical fraud, abuse concealment,
dishonorable conduct, official misconduct, evidence tampering, child
abuse, elder abuse, conspiracy, violation of civil rights, hate crimes,
etc. The act also knowingly conceals cross-state lines child abuse and
veteran abuse (see including the case of Jack Norris Isitt, murdered by
Lane County for his property, etc.).

Effect of the wrongdoing, such as dollars lost, delay produced, etc.:


It is impossible to fully fathom how vast of a crime Jabbi Shariki has
engaged in--though it is vast and very well documented.

stalking claim fraud.
