DETAILED LESSON PLAN IN ARTS V

I. LEARNING OUTCOME
At the end of 45 minutes, with 75% proficiency level, the pupils should be able to:
A. identify color harmonies;
B. enumerate the 4 types of color harmony; and,
C. appreciate the beauty of color.

pie-liked papers and those pieces of
papers have different colors. You are
going to identify if that color is
primary, secondary, or tertiary but to
make it more exciting I’ll play music
while you are passing the box. When
the music stops, the one who is
holding the box will get a piece of
paper and identity it. Lastly, once
you identify whether it is primarily,
secondary, or tertiary, you will post it
on the wheel pattern on its
corresponding spot.

MOTIVATION
 Now, let’s play another game. It’s
called “Bring me”. In this game all of
you are the participants. When I say
“Bring me a thing with a touch of
red, or thing that is color red” the
first one who can bring what I say
will be the winner.

A. ACTIVITY
 Before we go to our lesson for today
let’s do an activity, it’s called
“Arrange Me”. I prepared 4
envelopes with jigsaw puzzle inside.
You are going to arrange those pieces
and identify what’s in the puzzle but
before that I will group you into three
based on the row of your chairs.

In a 1/4 sheet of paper write down all the colors that can be found in the color
wheel.

V. ASSIGNMENT
In your assignment notebook answer the task written in the Board. “What does
your favorite color that tells about your personality”.
