intended to make declarations easier for marketplaces and their sellers. elements per order and per packaging element type has been calculated for each of these categories in
order to determine a rate per category:
You can access this scheme for each seller that places a maximum of 500,000 consumer sales units (CSUs)
on the French market via your marketplace.
STREETFOOD JAPANESE FRENCH
To be eligible for the simplified declaration including shipping boxes, you need to assess (for each seller) the number
of CSUs put on the French market in 2022. As such, as a marketplace, you must complete a simplified declaration
including shipping boxes which adds together the sales made by your third-party sellers that put less than 500,000 AMERICAN ITALIAN OTHER

CSUs per year on the market via your marketplace.

BURGER (EXCLUSIVELY)
Example:
For four sellers that respectively sold 10,000 CSUs, 100,000 CSUs, 600,000 CSUs and 800,000 CSUs on the
French market via your marketplace, the first two sellers would be eligible for the simplified declaration including
shipping boxes. The second two would be eligible for the declaration by CSU. You would therefore need to
complete one simplified declaration including shipping boxes for the 110,000 CSUs of the first two sellers. For food deliveries: 1 CSU = 1 order
