Our Mission
Our mission is to serve the citizens of Columbus urban core (and eventually other cities) by creating an urban community where every individual and family has access to quality housing, safe neighborhoods and an abundance of supporting commercial services. Internally, we seek to develop quality, price-appropriate residential and commercial facilities for sale or for lease that contribute to the physical fabric of the urban core and assist in transforming neglected inner-city neighborhoods into quality urban communities. We will prepare your request for proposals, collect, review and rank the bids, interview the qualified candidates, check the qualifications, backgrounds and references of the finalists and help you select the winning bid. Once you have chosen a contractor, we will help you negotiate the final contract making sure that your interests are protected throughout the process. Finally, throughout the construction process, we can prepare and/or review all contract documents, change orders, draw requests and permits to make sure your interests are protected from initial bid through punch list completion.

Project Programming and Preliminary Design

Feasibility Analysis and Pre-Development Planning

When you are ready to choose a design professional, we will assist you in your selection by preparing the Request for Proposals, collecting, reviewing and ranking the submissions, interviewing the qualified candidates, checking the qualifications, licensing and references of the finalists and helping you select the winning proposal. Once you have chosen an architect, we will help you negotiate the final contract making sure that your interests are protected throughout the process and providing specific guidelines for the work to be completed.

Financial Analysis and Budgeting


As the final designs are completed you will need a detailed financial analysis utilizing a comprehensive and accurate construction budget.
