In order to get admitted to International European University, Poland there are the following steps:
Send us your documents via email (kindly state the course name and the option of studying in the
message body). The documents are as follows:
- Passport (or any other ID document available);
- School Certificate;
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree with transcripts (for PG students).
On the basis of the documents mentioned above, we will provide you with the Admission Letter.
To continue studies on campus at IEU, Poland you need to collect all the necessary packages of
documents. Please note that if you have EU citizenship, there is no need in the Invitation letter to study
in IEU, Poland.
For receiving an Invitation to Poland please provide us with the following documents:
1. Copy of the International Passport (provided by a student);
2. Application form (provided by the university, filled by a student);
3. Data processing agreement (provided by the university, filled by a student);
4. Declaration on the observance of academic integrity by students (provided by the university, filled
by a student);
5. Document proving English language proficiency level (provided by a student; if not available please
check STEP 3);
6. Receipt of payment for the 2023-2024 academic year tuition fee (provided by a student).
Kindly note that after the tuition fee is covered, you need to book an appointment at the Embassy for the
visa submission. Since the Invitation letter has a fixed date, we need to issue it according to your
interview date.
For those students, who need confirmation of knowledge of the English language level, we will conduct
the ESOL exam. The exam will be conducted in the form of online testing. The cost of the exam and the
delivery of the certificate by DHL will be 350$. You will receive it at your home address from the UK.
If someone needs help writing it, our teachers will be able to help you with it.
In case you have already passed any English language exam you can submit your results and we will
inform you if you need to re-pass your test.
STEP 4: GETTING A VISA
If you are a non-EU citizen, you must get a student visa at your nearest Polish embassy/consulate.
The required documents for a Poland visa application are:
1. Poland visa application form;
2. Two passport-sized photos;
3. International Passport;
4. Travel Medical Insurance;
5. Proof of accommodation (document confirming the availability in Poland of appropriate
accommodation for the intended period of stay);
6. Documents confirming the sufficient financial resources to cover costs of living and return travel to
the country of origin or residence;
7. Proof of payment of the tuition for one year, issued by International European University, Poland;
8. International European University, Poland acceptance letter;
9. International European University, Poland invitation letter;
10. Document proving your English or Polish language proficiency level;
11. Paid visa fee receipt.
