This week marked the 76th annual Saline Community Fair as it returned to the Wasthenaw Farm Council Grounds Tuesday and continuing through Monday. Organizers have moved the event up one week from previous years. The Farm Council Grounds are packed with fun and educational activities. Daily admission for those 11 and older is $7, and children 10 and younger get in for free. Armbands for carnival rides cost $18, except on Thursday, which is Kids Day and the cost is $5 until 2 p.m. Organizers said about 24,000 people filled the Farm Council Grounds for last years fair. One of those organizers, Carl Graham, has been on the fairs board since 1993. Agriculture is getting to be less and less (in the community). We love to keep this going so that people can actually see agriculture, he said.

together a photo slideshow filled with family and air show memories, accompanied by some of Greens favorite musicians and bands, including Kid Rock and 3 Doors Down. He reminded the crowd Greens life was in Gods hands and encouraged them to remember Greens entire life, not only the accident. Greens father, Eddie, thanked everyone for attending and said his son love each one of them. Our entire family deeply appreciates the support and prayers of so many following the passing of Todd Green, Eddie Green said in a written statement. Todd was a wonderful, accomplished wing walker and stuntman, but above all he was a family man who loved, cherished and cared for his family. The

At the end of the service, everyone in the hall joined together to applaud Greens life. Lt. Bill Henderson and Lt. Philip Sheridan attended as representatives from Selfridge.
