and motivation to keep our energy for the next months while awaiting its return. We start
a self-development journey during this blessed month that does not end after four weeks
but continues throughout the year. It is a fantastic process that brings us closer to our inner
self and an opportunity for introspection and reflection, where we listen to our thoughts and
feelings. But personal development never ends.
Keep working on yourself and identify more personal goals for you to achieve.
Change requires time, energy, and willingness.
