    De-brief process
    Summarise the debrief process. What happened during debrief? What role did you play?
    Was the debrief useful?

    It is the process of discussing about the detail of the events that


    occurred during the service hours.
    The group will have the ability to utilize this technique hereafter or to evaluate a
    particular circumstance or undertaking. The debriefing approach may be used to discover
    both the positive and negative parts of your group 's accomplishment.
    My role was to analyse the performance of the team member and suggest them the steps
    that they must take to make the improvement in the next serve to make the performance
    of the team and their much more effective.
    The debrief was useful as the team members also thought that the
    point I mentioned was what they were lacking in the service today.

    De-brief outcomes
    Summarise the outcomes of the debrief. What would the group do differently next time?
    Were any changes or improvements made to processes? How would these improve the
    quality of the menu items produced?

    Outcomes of the debrief we realize that our staff created things a bit exhausted and we
    did not know the basics of our customers. organization is the main part in team work,
    head chef and sharp chef need to ensure organization doing well.
    Yes changes are made by offering training to the staff individuals to work effectively and
    making a feedback structure to know the necessity and masters cons of cafe, through
    Marketing we can contribute seriously publicizing, there is presently what individuals
    always focus in.we can build the quality by maintaining a High Level of Supply Chain
    Visibility, Develop a Food Safety Program, Strive for Improved Sustainability and
    Remember Your Customers.
