    A RESOLUTON TO THE OFFICE OF THE HONORABLE CITY COUNCILOR, MARC RANIER
    DUGUIANG TO ALLOCATE FUND FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF CANAL LINING AT SITIO
    ASIN, LUCOG, TABUK CITY, KALINGA.

    WHEREAS, the barangay constituents of Lucog have discussed the Construction of Canal
    lining of a creek near the residential area of Sitio Asin, wherein during rainy season the creek
    overflows and runs down the houses and farms;

    WHEREAS, the barangay constituents are in dire need of the CONSTRUCTION OF CANAL
    LINING to prevent problems arising from the overflowing of the creek specially during rainy season
    and typhoon;

    WHEREAS, the Barangay officials of Barangay Lucog unanimously approve the proposal of
    the Barangay Constituents, the construction of Canal lining in sitio Asin, Lucog, Tabuk City, Kalinga;

    NOW THEREFORE BE IT:

    RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to forward this resolution to the OFFICE OF THE


    HONORABLE CITY COUNCILOR, MARC RANIER DUGUIANG for his consideration and
    appropriate action;

    RESOLVED FINALLY, that Mr. Barlin Songday is hereby authorized to hand carry and make
    the necessarily follow up on the said resolution.
