Dalam melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya pada 2021, Komite Nominasi dan Remunerasi
mengadakan 30 (tiga puluh) kali rapat. Disamping itu, tugas tambahan yang diberikan kepada anggota
Komite juga telah dilaksanakan sesuai dengan arahan dan hasil rapat internal maupun dengan pihak lain
yang terkait dalam rangka pencapaian program strategis Perseroan.
The Nomination and Remuneration Committee has assisted the Board of Commissioners in carrying its
functions and duties related to the nomination and remuneration of members of the Board of Directors
and the Board of Commissioners as well as the nomination of officials at one level below the Board of
Directors. It has done so by providing recommendations to the Board of Commissioners regarding the
composition of the positions of the members of the Board of Commissioners and the Board of Directors;
by providing recommendations regarding policies and the criteria required in the Nomination process; by
providing performance evaluation policies for the members of the Board of Commissioners and the Board
of Directors; by assisting the Board of Commissioners in assessing performance based on predetermined
benchmarks and the suitability of the remuneration received; and by providing recommendations regarding
competency development programs for members of the Board of Commissioners and the Board of
Directors. The Nomination and Remuneration Committee also provides considerations regarding the
structure, policies and amount of remuneration.
In carrying out its duties and responsibilities in 2021, the Nomination and Remuneration Committee
held 30 (thirty) meetings. In addition, the Committee members were also given additional assignment
in accordance with the directions and results of internal meetings and with other related parties in the
context of achieving the Company's strategic programs.
