1.0 INTRODUCTION
People with pshychological distress intrusive thoughts or concerns.This can make it extremely difficult to
focus on positive thoughts and can be very exhausting for the student which detracts from their learning
abilities.Academic stress can reduce motivation,hinder academic achievement.Also been shown to negatively
impact mental health in students.It can be extremely difficult to find focus and get in the zone.Students with
anxiety disorder display a passive attitude in their studies such as lack of interest in learning,poor performance in
exams.
Anxiety condition during study in term of the perception that high level anxiety relate to obtain of low
academic performance.Too much anxiety can interrupt exam performance. Depression and Anxiety is the leading
cost of disability in the world.Also raise your risk for other medical problems such as heart disease,substance
abuse.Targeting anxiety early is important because when ignored it can affect grades school performance and
Affect their relationship with peers and teachers,to point in some cases,students with
● Major findings, problems identified, recommendations, and questions raised on previous researches
● What knowledge gaps remain that the study will aim to fill
