Manage Store Operations Talk Track:

The Contoso District Operations Manager, Lur, needs to
ensure on-shelf availability in specific stores. Lur logs
into the Store Operations Assist app and creates an
execution plan to run regular stock audits. The execution
plan provides a central view on the type of activities to
execute and the target stores to execute the activities.
Lur creates a new task and assigns a Template called
‘Inventory Spot Count’ to it. He populates the remaining
fields and specifies the products that will be part of the
audit. Lur selects Save and Close to go back to the
Execution Plan that he assigned this task to.
Lur selects Assigned Stores and chooses District 1
Target Group as the target group for the Execution
Plan. This ensures the template will only be pushed down
to the retail stores located in that group. Once Lur
completes the fields on the Execution Plan, he
clicks Publish.

stores, starts his day by logging into Microsoft Teams.
