    The Declaration of Independence

    1) A system of governance is important for any group of people living together. It is called a

    government. The government puts in place a set of rules to govern the people. In case the

    people feel their rights are denied, they have a right to overthrow those in power and

    replace them with people they believe will meet their needs. In the case of Great Britain,

    the people were oppressed and decided to seek justice. They claim they sort for justice in

    humble terms however their repeated petitions were countered by injuries. Their British

    brothers have been attempting to extend unwarrantable jurisdiction over them. This is in

    spite of the several warnings. The representatives of USA appealed to the highest judge

    worldwide while declaring and publishing that are the united colonies ought to be and in

    fact are independent and free states.

    2) 1. They claim that they have warned their British brethren of attempts by the British

    administration to extend an unjustifiable jurisdiction over them.
