EXTEND YOUR POTENTIAL WITH A GLOBAL TEAM OF EXPERTS 
We are looking for Engineering Trainees to join our team, giving you the opportunity
to co-create on some of the most prestigious infrastructure projects across the
globe.
On a day-to-day basis, you will:
• Learn skills, software packages and tools to develop capabilities and

competencies enabling you to solve complex design tasks in the assigned
department
• Work on live projects and get hands-on experience
• Get exposure to international design standards like Eurocode, American and
local codes etc.
• Get an opportunity to collaborate with our specialists across the globe on some
of the most challenging and complex projects across the globe
• Learn to design with different materials including concrete, steel, soil, rock and
precast elements
• Apply quality management processes to design

To do well in this position, we believe that you will be eager to collaborate with others
while keeping our clients engaged. You will also pursue new insights and constantly
explore new ways to improve while respecting our clients, your colleagues, the local

Furthermore, you will have:
• Master's degree (M.E/M.Tech.) in Structural/ Geotechnical / Mechanical /

Electrical Engineering
• Gained knowledge of design software during studies. Understanding of
international standards and codes will be an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of 3D modelling tools. Understanding of basic concepts of
coding will be an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
