    Product Discontinuation Notification

    November 8, 2022

    Dear Valued Customer,

    Enovation Controls was notified by ST Micro that the STR712FR2T6 processor used on the PV101
    product has gone end of life and is now an obsolete microprocessor. We have been able to secure more
    parts through the broker market to extend the life of the product temporarily. However, these parts
    have come with a $30 premium we must pass on to our customers. All current and future PO’s will need
    to be updated to reflect this $30 per unit PPV surcharge prior to shipping product. Enovation Controls
    appreciates and values our business relationship and looks forward to your continued use of our
    products.

    In many instances, Enovation Controls has alternatives that provide similar functionality to the
    discontinued items. If that is not the case, our intent is to support discontinued products for a limited
    time to allow for future planning by our customers. Where possible, we will offer a last time buy
    opportunity to support our customer’s needs.

    This letter serves as formal notification that Enovation Controls is discontinuing the production of the
    products listed in this notification. Enovation Controls extends the opportunity of a last time buy under
    the conditions provided in this document.

    We request careful review of this information and notify relevant stakeholders within your organization
    so final purchases for planned discontinued products can be placed as soon as possible according to the
    last time buy conditions set forth on the subsequent page.

    LAST TIME BUY CONDITIONS

    Date for last order acceptance: March 31st 2023.

    Factory orders will not be accepted after this date. The last time buy date automatically expires when
    the final available inventory quantity or production unit has been sold.

    • ORDER PLACEMENT
    o Discontinued product orders must be clearly identified as “Last Time Buy”.

    • PRICING
    o The product unit price will be subject to Enovation Controls individual price
    quotation of your company's last time buy requirements.

    • QUANTITY
    o The quantities in any existing unfilled orders and contracts acknowledged by
    Enovation Controls will be honored.

    o A last time buy order for an agreed upon quantity of products Enovation
    Controls quotes based upon your company's identified requirements will be
    accepted.

    IN THE EVENT OF CONFLICT FOR THE LIMITED AVAILABILITY PRODUCT(S),


    QUANTITIES FOR CUSTOMER'S ORDERS WILL BE DETERMINED ON A FIRST-COME
    FIRST-SERVE BASIS AND WILL BE SUBJECT TO ENOVATION CONTROLS’ AVAILABLE
    INVENTORY AND REMAINING MANUFACTURING CAPACITY FOR THE PRODUCT.

    • ORDER ACCEPTANCE/CHANGE CONDITIONS:


    o Enovation Controls reserves its right to make changes in scheduled delivery
    dates or to terminate remaining undelivered quantities of your company's
    last time buy order(s) due to changes in manufacturing capabilities or for
    commercially impracticable circumstances which make delivery not feasible.

    • ACKNOWLEDGEMENT & DELIVERY:


    o Last time delivery conditions vary by product.
    o All deliveries are non-returnable.
