REFLECTION PAPER

When Arts Month began, ma'am kessa assigned us the task of creating a booth for
an art exhibit. So the president of our class was tasked with bringing some of our art
materials, artworks, and tools, and me and my friends were tasked with purchasing
some equipment for the booth. BSE-ENG English was assigned to facilitate a theater
for arts month led by Ma'am Capa. me and my fellow colleagues in Guild of English
Majors were assigned by Ma'am Capa as a committee to assist the students inside
the auditorium and also to facilitate the program/theater.

I work as an usher, and the president of my organization assigns me to assist with

the exit door. Because they require discipline and the majority of the students do not
adhere to the program's rules, they require me to serve as the exit door keeper in
the auditorium's right wing. The first program of the day 1 of event is COSMANIA, a
program in which CED students cosplay characters from various world literatures,
comes first before the theater. Next program of the day 1 of event is Theater, the
flow of the theater was good, and many students from my course, including majors
in math, science, PE, and BEED, were entertained and enjoyed themselves.
The event's second day is dedicated to awarding. My friends and I won second place
in a short film competition about art, and the content is all about art plagiarism.
Following the program, my classmates and I organized our art booth called ARTte.
We have a fun jigsaw puzzle game called Solve the Chaos. Some of us are facilitating
and explaining the game's instructions, as well as describing who the artist is and
what art style they use in our art booth.

The program was held on Monday, February 27 by the CAS or College of Arts and
Science, with the audience consisting of courses in the arts and history. The program
is about Taguig's history. The first section is titled Taguig's Heritage. What was the
history of Taguig, why was it named Taguig, what were the main livelihoods of
Taguig at the time, and who were the former Taguigeos? The following section is
about Taguig's famous and historic infrastructure. as in Sta. Ana Basilica, which has
been repeatedly damaged and repaired but has retained its beauty, is recognized by
the Vatican as one of Asia's oldest and smallest basilicas. The final segment of the
program is about how Taguig suffered at the hands of the Japanese during Japan's
invasion of the Philippines during WWII. and the program showcased the talents of
CAS students, with some performing folk dance, mini theater, singing, and spoken
poetry.
