    Nowadays, using the internet is popular in our life.

    It brings some benefits including transfer,


    sent mail, get in touch with our friends and that all. However, the one also carries several
    drawbacks. Using the internet has both advantages and disadvantages. This essay will discuss
    these issues in detail.

    The internet brings people some advantages. Firstly, this is a great source of information in
    the world. It helps us easily and quickly find information and news whether new or old. You
    can search for a certain issue that interests you by searching on Google, this will be many web
    pages that appear containing related information.The one also change communication
    methods.The most popular social networks today such as Facebook, Zalo,..., are becoming the
    most popular means of communication, where there is a network, it allows you to contact
    your loved ones, friends, family and partners effectively.Finally, the internet has become a
    useful entertainment medium for everyone in today's life. On the Internet, there are countless
    forms of entertainment such as: playing games, chatting through forums, and social networks,
    listening to music, watching movies, etc. From there, it helps people to relax after working
    and studying days are stressful and tiring.

    Internet brings us several drawbacks.The first disadvantages of internet is waste time.It will
    waste our time if we spend a lot on it. Instead, focus on work, study, and participate in social
    activities to improve the quality of life.Another disadvantage is the affected heath of
    people.We may have some eye problems, sleep problems, and risk of depression if we use the
    internet excessively.Last but not least,using the internet for bad purposes. It affects the
    behavior and thinking of each of us. Especially children when they watch movies or play
    violent games.
    In short, the internet has both advantages and disadvantages. It is suggest that we should be
    use accordingly
