Ingredients:
100ml cup boiling water
¾ cup Glutinous rice flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp sugar white/refined
½ tsp red bean paste
¾ cup sesame seeds white
¾ cup water tap
200ml cup cooking oil

Method
1. mix the glutinous, baking powder, sugar and boiling water.
2. knead by hand for a few minutes.
3. divide the dough into 12 pieces.
4. roll into balls.
5. ½ tsp red bean paste for each portion.homemade or store bought as you desire.
6. keep refridgerated until ready to use.
7.with the palm of your hand flatten the dough balls into disks. Place red bean paste in the center
then roll into a ball. Repeat with remaining.
8. dip with water, coat with sesame seeds.
9. in a work, heat oil over medium high heat.
10. 150c. you’ll see lots of bubble around.
11. fry over medium heat until puffed up, 7 minutes.
12.serve the sesame seeds balls hot sticky ball with a sweet feelings!!!
