    PALARONG PANLALAWIGAN 2023

    CLOSING PROGRAM SCRIPT

    RICHELLE: The will to win/the desire to succeed/the urge to reach your full

    potential/These are the keys/ that will unlock the door to personal

    excellence/ These past few days/ we actively witnessed and participated/ in

    a series of competition with tested pupil and students athletes probing

    minds/physical endurance/ and indomitable spirit in achieving excellence

    through sports/

    JODELLE: Yes that’s right mam. And now the Palarong Panlalawigan

    2023 has finally ended/All of you are winner here/ because you did your

    best/ and you have competed in the spirit of sportsmanship/ and fair

    play/Moreover/ This afternoon is a long revelry of joy/ but very memorable

    and meaningful celebration for all of us/ especially to all the winner-players/

    This is a tell-tale sign that once again/ we will be on our old self/ and be

    proud of our achievement/

    RICHELLE AND JODELLE: Good Afternoon Ladies and gentlemen,

    welcome to the Palarong Panlalawigan 2023 closing program

    RICHELLE: My high salute to our Schools Division Superintendent Dr.

    Genis S. Murallos, CESO V/ Dr. Joel Zartiga CESO V/ Assistant Schools

    Division Superintendent/ All Education Program Supervisors/ District


    Supervisors/ or In-charge from all IAD’s/ School Principals throughout the

    Division/

    JODELLE: and also my equal respect to our Governor Damian Mercado,

    Vice-Governor Rosa Emilia Mercado/ Congresswoman Luz Mercado-

    District I/ Congressman Coco Yap – District II/ All Mayors from all

    municipalities/ SB members of Hinunangan municipality /athletes/

    stakeholders/ visitors. And to all those who have made this event a

    success. Once good afternoon.

    RICHELLE: To formally commence our Program, may I request everyone

    to please stand for the singing of our Philippine National Anthem and

    Abante Southern Leyte Hymn. These will be accompanied by multimedia.

    JODELLE: And please remain standing for the Interfaith Prayer to be led

    by Mrs. Airen L. Teves, School Principal 2 of Hinunangan NHS.

    RICHELLE: At this juncture, to give us a take home message, May I call on

    Dr. Joel A. Zartiga, CESO V our ever active Assistant Schools Division

    Superintendent. A big hand please. SIR……

    Take home message:


    JODELLE: Thank you sir/ for that wonderful message/ in which/ it truly

    inspires us to achieve more. And now the moment /that we’ve been waiting

    for/, the Declaration of winners and the over-all champion of this

    competition. This is to be done by our Schools Division Superintendent Dr.

    Genis S. Murallos, CESO V and to be assisted by the clerk of course.

    Declaration:

    RICHELLE: Thank you sir for doing the honor and once again,

    congratulations to all winners and the over-all champion of our Palarong

    Panlalawigan 2023.

    JODELLE: At this point, let us witness the simultaneous lowering of the

    delegation banners with the So. Leyte Whale Sharks or the DepEd

    Southern Leyte Officials and with the IAD Delegation Officials.

    RICHELLE: At this time, ladies and gentlemen, please welcome Dr. Allan

    M. Rosello, the Education Program Supervisors in MAPEH/ Sports/ and

    Senior High School to do the honor of formally declaring the closing of the

    Palarong Panlalawigan 2023.

    A formal Declaration of Closure


    JODELLE: (Thank you so much Sir Allan Rosello)

    My heart is overwhelmed with happiness. This Provincial Meet

    2023 has taught us that the medals don’t mean anything and the glory

    doesn’t last. It’s all about happiness.

    RICHELLE: That’s Right Sir! The rewards are going to come, but

    happiness is just a loving the sports and having fun performing.

    Furthermore, we will go home to our respective IAD’s with full of happiness.

    This has been Maam Richelle Bulingit.

    JODELLE: And Sir Jodelle Omang.
