    Dear Ma’am Ruby,


    Greetings!
    We would like to request the approval of our proposed activity and the used of (1)
    classroom, specifically the computer room for the upcoming event within this school.
    ML Tournament
    OBJECTIVES
    a) To promote teamwork and camaraderie among participants;
    b) To promote sportsmanship and through this, they will be able to have an enjoyment with
    the utilization of mobile games; and
    c) To raise fund to be able to contribute for the improvement of the school.

    MATERIALS
    1. Cellular Phone (per participant).
    2. Mobile Data or Pocket Wi-Fi (per team).
    3. Project for the viewers of the said tournament.

    MECHANICS
    1. Upon registration, the complete one team should present their I. D’s for confirmation of
    their identity as a student of this school along with their registration fee of Fifty Pesos per
    participant.
    2. The team should compose of five to six (5-6) members. Both Junior and Senior High
    School are allowed to participate and there is no age limit. Everyone is free and could
    participate.
    3. The participants are free to choose of their teammates from grade seven (Grade 7) to
    grade eleven (Grade 11).
    4. The Supreme Student Government Officers will only accept maximum twenty (20)
    entries to join the match.
    5. Registration fee will be used as funds to produce Nipa as roofs of tables for the student as
    part of school improvement.
