    Title of the Game: BINGO ONLINE - University Week – Afternoon Program

    Date & Time: February 17, 2021 @ 1PM


    Venue: Via Zoom
    Rationale:

    The Bingo Online game is envisioned as one way of celebrating the 102 nd
    Foundation Day of the University, for the purpose of encouraging interaction
    between the parents to other parents and the teachers, to further strengthen the
    bonding/relationship among others, and the purpose of creating fun and social
    circle despite the pandemic.

    On the other hand, it is also in one way or the other an avenue to support the
    outreach program of the University especially the Elementary School Division as
    all proceeds of said game is automatically donated to its adopted organization – the
    Tulong Aral Caravan and the Brothers of St. John of God.   

    Participants of said bingo are parents from grades K-6. Parents can obtain
    bingo card/s amounting to Php50 each. All class advisers are responsible to
    distribute the bingo cards to their respective parents. The Go Bingo Online will be
    played simultaneously by each grade level for easy monitoring of players and
    winners. Each grade level will facilitate 5 games. 

    Objectives:

    The Bingo Online was formulated to achieve the following:

    1. To toughen the bonding between parents and teachers and facilitate


    acquaintanceship among parents.
    2. To support the Outreach Program, which is one of the most significant
    projects of the of the Elementary School Division.  

    Online Bingo Mechanics

    Procedures on Distribution and Payment


    1. All parents are considered the participants of the Online Bingo.
    2. Class advisers are responsible to distribute all bingo cards to their respective
    parents.
    3. Participating parents shall obtain Bingo cards amounting to Php 50 each.
    4. Bingo card payments shall be directed to the G-cash Account (Renante F. –
    0905283901) and must be paid a day before the game.
    5. All advisers are responsible for monitoring the payments by collecting
    receipts (screenshots) from the parents.

    Procedures During the Game

    1. All participants of the Online Bingo must log in to Zoom 10 minutes before
    the game. (For zoom link coordinate with the adviser.)
    2. Participants must write their First Name and Last Name in the Zoom
    Account for identification and to easily determine the winner or winners.
    3. All participants must mute their microphones during the game and one is
    only allowed to unmute it if he /she won.
    4. The Bingo Call Generator will be screen shared for each one to see the
    number/s being drawn during the bingo.
    5. There will be five rounds with specific patterns to follow.

    6. There will be four (4) rounds with one (1) winner each of Php 500 and for
    the final rounds, one (1) winner of Php1000.
    7. Each participant is responsible to monitor his/her cards during the game.
    8. The participant can unmute his/her microphone to say “BINGO.” The
    assigned afternoon committee member will verify or double-check the
    winning bingo combination/numbers.
    9. Once verified, the winning participant must send his/her Full Name and the
    Control Number of his/her Bingo card to the Chat Box.
    10.Prizes will be sent via G-cash.
