    This is in line with the implementation of policies relevant to the Philippine Anti-Illegal
    Drugs Strategy, which are: (1) DILG MC No. 2023-009, “Guidelines on the Adoption
    of the Anti-Drug Abuse System (ADAS), the Community Based Drug Rehabilitation
    Program Reporting System”; (2) DILG MC No. 2023-025, “Guidelines in the
    Implementation of the Buhay Ingatan, Droga’y Ayawan (BIDA) Program; and (3) 2022
    Anti-Drug Abuse Council Performance Audit.

    Relative thereto, we are requesting all DILG Regional Focal Person and Technical
    Assistants and DILG Provinces, Cities, and Municipalities ADAC Focal Person
    to attend the virtual orientation on the above enumerated policies. The orientation will
    be conducted per cluster on the following dates:
