    The different types of internal and external insulation of buildings

    Internal insulation refers to the insulation materials that are installed inside the building
    envelope, such as walls, floors, and roofs, while external insulation refers to the insulation
    materials that are installed on the exterior surface of the building envelope. Here are some of the
    different types of internal and external insulation materials commonly used in buildings:

    Internal Insulation:

     Fiberglass insulation: made from glass  Reflective insulation: This type of

    easy to install and can provide excellent thermal insulation.

     Exterior insulation and finish systems (EIFS): This type


    of insulation consists of a layer of foam insulation that
    is attached to the exterior of a building, covered with a
    layer of mesh, and finished with a decorative layer of
    stucco or other materials.
