    SYMPTOM 1 Grille does not move and no power.

    CAUSE 1 Flexible cable was cut or snapped by the stress which was added to the Flexible Cable from
    outside of the unit.

    SERVICE 1 Add the Service P.C.B. Assy(CXX1716), change the Panel(CNS6863) and Insulator(
    REMEDY CNM7649).

    FACTORY 1 Only the Service Remedy.

    1. Removing the screws of the Case Unit.
    2. Removing the Case Unit.
    3. Removing the screws of the CD Mechanism Module.
    4. Taking out the CD Mechanism Module.
    5. Removing the Flat Cable.
    6. Moving the Arm Unit to OPEN POSITION.
    7. Removing the detach Grille Assy.
    8. Removing the screws of the P.C.B.
    9. Pulling out the Flexible P.C.B.
    5) Removing the Flat Cable. 6) Moving the Arm Unit to OPEN POSITION.

    8) Removing the screws of the P.C.B. Rotate the Gear in the direction of the front.
    * When rotating in the opposite direction, it
    moves to the CLOSE POSITION.

    These screws can not be reused.(CBA1250)

    <Assemble> 3) Put the Insulator(CNM7649-B) on the back


    1. Installing CXX1716. side of the P.C.B.
    2. Tightening the screws of the P.C.B.
    3. Put the Insulator(CNM7649-B) on the back side of the P.C.B.
    4. Fold down at the marking position. parts position
    5. Styling of the Flexible P.C.B. (using CNS7649-B)
    6. Connecting the Flat Cable.
    7. Installing the CD Mechanism Module.
    8. Installing the Case Unit.
    9. Tightening the screws of the Case Unit.
    10. Replacing the Panel(CNS6863-C).

    DIN Panel(New)
    Fold down at the marking
    position.
    Fix the Flexible P.C.B. with the
    Clamper of Main P.C.B.

    Modified Shape
    The gap is added.
