    ACKNOWLEDGMENT RECEIPT OF PARTIAL PAYMENT

    KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    I, FLORENCIO JARPACIO, married to Anecita Edisan of legal age, Filipino Citizen, with
    residence and postal address at Alangasil, Madridejos, Alegria, Cebu, Philippines, hereinafter
    referred to as the RECEPIENT/VENDOR, do hereby acknowledge receipt of the amount of TWO
    HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS (P250,000.00) as partial payment of the parcel of land I sold to JOSE M.
    PANCHO II, married of legal age, Filipino citizen, with residence and postal address at Bato, Toledo
    City, Cebu, hereinafter referred to as the PAYOR/VENDEE;

    This payment received will serve as partial payment of the PAYOR/VENDEE to the FIVE
    HUNDRED (500) SQUARE METERS portion of the herein described property which he bought
    from me. This is a portion of unregistered parcel of land located in Barangay Madridejos, Alegria,
    Cebu under Tax Declaration No. 06967, CADASTRAL LOT NO. 2616 more particularly described as
    follows:

    A parcel of land (Lot 2616) bounded on the North by Creek, East by Lot No. 2615,
    South by Barangay Road and on the West by National Road.

    Containing an area of ONE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED NINETY FOUR SQUARE METERS
    (1494), more or less.

    That the balance of THREE HUNDRED FORTY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (P345,000.00)
    shall be paid on or before the second week of March 2023;

    That upon receipt of the full payment, the latter shall execute an Absolute Deed of Sale in
    favour of the PAYOR/VENDEE;

    That the vendor assures the vendee that the property is free of all charges, encumbrances,
    and mortgage and that he is the absolute owner upon full payment and process of documents and
    had a perfect title to it and a right to alienate it. The vendor assures the vendee to indemnify the
    vendee of the damage caused to him on account of such defect if any.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this _____day of February 2023, in
