    In this technological world, we prefer everything to be digitalized whether it’s

    a presentation, a business-related task or others. If one owns a salon and


    wants to manage it personally without the need of an accountant or a
    receptionist, then our app “THE PARLOUR APP” will offers them the best
    features that can be more beneficial & helpful.

    Honestly, these features can change the game & are worth investing in. Not
    only it will help in improving the way you organize, manage and run your
    salon but also helps you in many other aspects.

    #1. Managing The Appointments

    The most fundamental aspect of every salon is to appoint the customers


    accordingly so that the salon is managed effectively without any hassle for the
    customers and long waiting periods. Our app will allow the salon owner to
    search the next openings immediately in the schedule, add, edit or delete
    appointments without any hassle when compared to the notebook.

    #2. Management Of The Product

    It is a complicated task to manage the retail products along with the


    customers. The salon software helps the salon owner to manage the
    merchandise and the client service effectively without any challenging issues.
    Our app will help with various aspects of their business allowing them to
    manage it effectively.

    #3. Social Media Marketing

    Our app will get connected with social media users so that it results in
    increased engagement with people over the internet.
    PAYMENT MECHANISM:
    This is one of the difficult aspects of the Salon business. Several Salons
    consider fundamental booking method of paper and a pen. The traditional
    method is quite labor intensive and time consuming during work hours.

    With the increased demand for Salons, it is now a daunting and confusing
    task- it even deprecates a lot of information. A solution that gives you more
    sales and customer volume is very intriguing. A Salon, whether small, new or
    existing, looks for ways to improve the profits with fewer expenses. Therefore,
    salon owners must make use of a digital application for increasing their
    business profits.

    Although, getting a solution that gives you the reasons to stay ahead is not a
    bad deal!! Our app; “THE PARLOUR APP” lets you achieve this. From
    booking appointments, tracking customers and business, to scheduling staff; it
    covers everything.

    We will be using local payement gateway including jazzCash and easypaisa.

    CONSTRAINTS:

    1. Financial Constraints

    The deployment of the application on playstore requires to have google play


    console account which is 25$, other than that to deploy on appstore you
    would have to create the ipa file from flutter which is only possible if we
    use mac os. Other than that, to deploy on appstore, the subscription
    charges are 100$ per year.

    2. Operational Constraints

    We will be needing a lot of marketing for the implementation of our app.

    3. Technical Constraints
    We should have to purchase the Google maps API, otherwise we will not be
    able to implement this functionality.

    4. Deployment Constraints

    The Traditional system that is being used is really hard to change as most of
    the local people are not well educated so the user interfaces needs to be good
    enough to cover most of the users.
