BUSINESS STRATEGIC PLAN

A. Executive Summary

As a single man business, I started as a seller since 2014, selling the then
famous Yema Cake and other delicacies from Quezon. With the help of a loan
company, I manged to get Php 5,000.00 as capital. I sell in our subdivision and online
through Facebook. After some time I stopped selling because of work, then I was
introduced to beauty products, that time the first beauty set I know is the Dr Alvin
brand, then the Skin Magical and many other brands. I sell thru pre-order and
payment first basis before I deliver the items to my workmates, since it will be hard
for me to focus on business while working full time.
Now, my products are still more on personal care, then I want to add
homecare products since I know that it is more in-demand and consumers use it
more often than skincare and cosmetics.
It was an on and off business, I only sell when I saw products that are in-
demand or popular, but now I am willing to take the risk to grow my business and to
make it boom!

B. Strategic Planning Methodology

We based the strategic plan on this model. First, we create a Vision and
Mission and also our Objectives for Annual and Long Term Plan. Then we generate
our Projected Income Statement for next 3 years, evaluate our SWOT, and also the
Sales projection per product to know the total of sales of our market. We create a
planning worksheet for our projected departments. For the implementation, for now
all our marketing plans are being implemented (Social Media marketing,
Transactional and Freebie marketing). For the evaluation, we are planning on putting
up surveys online and in-person thru bazaar.

the company.

Vision
Manufacture or have our own brand of skincare, cosmetics and homecare
products that is registered in FDA or other institute that it may need.

Mission

As more of products are skincare or personal care, I want to at least 80% of


the population of Cavite that is 16 - 60 years old to have or use one of our products.

Values

We provide personal and homecare products at a cheaper price with the


same quality as other branded and popular items in the market.
