Rotary offers several training events organized by the governor-elect or governor to educate club leaders and members. These include:
1) A District Team Training Seminar in February for assistant governors and district committee leaders to learn their roles and set goals with district leadership.
2) A Presidents-elect Training Seminar (PETS) in February or March for incoming club presidents to learn their role and work with assistant governors to set goals.
3) A District Training Assembly in March, April, or May for club presidents-elect and other incoming leaders to develop skills and together set goals for their clubs.
