Project Context
More and more businesses are implementing websites providing functionality for
performing Books library over the web. Online education on the web is becoming
commonplace. Therefore, the aim of this project is to develop a system where
any Kids Stories/Books will be listed, and users can learn Nepali Kids
Stories/Books
This website will have these main core features:

 The administrator or system admin is capable of adding, modifying and

Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions shall prevail over our relationship if consented to go
ahead with this proposal.

Payments

Unless agreed otherwise with Roots, all services require an advance payment of a non-
refundable minimum amount of 40% of the project quotation before the work begins or
is supplied to them for review. The remaining 60% of the project quotation total will be
due upon completion of the work prior to upload to the server or release of materials.

We will provide Roots with an Approval Form or Proof Email, and an Invoice prior to
final publication. Publication and/or release of work by Kurma Tech on behalf of the
client may not take place before cleared funds have been received.

Confidentiality

Roots and Kurma Tech will agree not to misuse or disclose during and after the
completion of this association, any confidential information on each other that they may
come across during this association.

This will apply to their respective employees and third party associations as well.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of orders may be made initially by telephone contact, or e-mail, however,

following this, Kurma Tech will need formal notification in writing to the company's postal
address.
Terms and Conditions
The client will then be invoiced for all work completed over and above the non-
refundable deposit that will have been made at the time of first ordering. The balance of
payment dues must be paid within a week.

Please note: Any cancellation which is not formally confirmed in writing and received by
Kurma Tech within a week of such instruction being issued will be liable for the full
quoted cost of the project.

Warranty for Services

The Roots acknowledges that no computer system or software can be made completely
stable and that the provider cannot guarantee the stability, safety, or security of their
network or data.

The warrants that the Services will be provided in a professional manner, and in
conformity with generally prevailing industry standards.

The Roots is solely responsible for implementing and monitoring appropriate operational
and security procedures, and for making appropriate backup copies of all data.

Agreement
This agreement is between Roots and Kurma Tech Pvt. Ltd.

Description
Kurma Tech will provide Web Development service to Roots which includes fully
dynamic and SEO friendly Frontend and Backend design and development along
with CMS. This service also includes full maintenance of the website for one
month and after that 33% of the total quotation will be charged monthly (AMC).
Applicable taxes shall be added. If any alterations on the package needed, Roots
will need to recontract with Kurma Tech which will be considered new work and
will require that this agreement be amended with a change order to reflect the
revised scope of the work which should be informed before one week. For the
termination of the contract, Roots should officially inform Kurma Tech two months
prior.
