LICENSING OPTIONS
VERSION 11.00.XX
In the File ribbon of AutoPIPE, users will see the License command bar which has the License
Configuration and Management commands.
The License Configuration dialog is where users choose which license of AutoPIPE they want to use (i.e.
Standard, Advanced, or Nuclear).
Users have the option to activate the KHK 2 Japanese Seismic Code add-on. This add-on is not
automatically set at any time. This add-on is greyed out when Standard is selected as it is only available
for Advanced and Nuclear Editions.
As soon as the ok button is selected with your license option chosen, usage is calculated from that
moment.
AutoPIPE has a Demo mode which allows for a maximum of 20 points to be created.
AutoPIPE implemented a Trial option in version 11.0 that gives potential users access to the Advanced
Edition features until the end of the calendar month. Bentley sales representatives can provide the trial
key to potential users for this access.
There is also a checkbox at the bottom of the dialog which allows users to prevent this dialog from
showing each time the user opens AutoPIPE. To help avoid unintended over usage, it is recommended
that the dialog should be shown each time AutoPIPE is opened.
